We will transfer the domain of your choice to our registrar. This will allow us to fully manage your domain name, renewals, DNS settings, and billing.
In order to get started with the domain name transfer, you will be receiving a request from our technician asking you to unlock your domain name and to provide us with an EPP key or transfer authorization code. Please do so as quickly as possible to prevent delays. Also, please be aware that once we request the transfer, you will receive an e-mail notice requesting your approval of the transfer request. Please make sure to approve the request in a timely fashion as domain name transfer requests expire after a very short time.
Failed Transfers
Please note that there is a cost to domain name transfers on our end. If we must resubmit the transfer request due to non-response from your side, an additional charge may be assessed to your account. To avoid the failure of your domain name transfer, please be sure that your account information with your domain name registrar is current and that you respond to all communication regarding your transfer urgently.
